- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Two female employees are always annoyed by the customers that come in to keep them in their jobs. Smart-ass remarks, general disdain regarding customer interaction, short answers, negative quips and overall crappy attitudes. Will drive the extra 20 minutes to Fernandina from now on. I thought that this was just a once or twice bad timing on my part - but it is always this way. Hopefully these two will find something that they enjoy doing before they are unemployable altogether. Franchise owner needs to seriously do some customer service training. A hello and a smile can go a long way when it comes to business longevity. Customer service reps need to be effective communicators, and realize that they are advocates not only for their firm but also for their customers.By Robert Luna, February 25, 2017
